Business is built for the operations manager who looks after more than one front door. Area managers see every site they are responsible for on one screen; staff can be shared between locations; and finance gets a single, approved export for the whole group rather than a folder of spreadsheets from each site manager.
It costs £149 a month including your first 75 people, then £1.50 for each additional person rostered in the month. A 120-person group of four restaurants pays £216.50.
Onboarding, done with you
A named onboarding manager moves you across site by site over the first 60 days: importing staff and pay rules, building the first rota with each site manager, and checking the first payroll export line by line against your old one.
Control without micromanaging
Permissions let a site manager build and publish their own rota without seeing pay rates, while an area manager can approve over-budget weeks and the finance team can see everything but edit nothing. Every change is written to an audit log.
Connect it to the rest
Single sign-on with Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra, an open REST API, and webhooks for published rotas and approved timesheets — so your HR system, POS or BI dashboard can read the same numbers.
